My background is in teaching and coaching. Helping people reduce stress and build their health and well-being.   I have a respect for nature and our environment as well as an interest in in natural health and sports performance. I have worked with a wide range of people with differing challenges and have specific interest in the application of Reiki in healing emotional trauma and helping children.
